How to delete your account in the PhotoFun app, and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the PhotoFun app and sign in.
2. Tap your Profile tab.
3. Tap Account in the settings list.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email support@photofun.live from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it for you.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile (display name, photo, progress, points, badges, streaks)
• All photos you submitted, including the stored image files
• Your friend connections, friend challenges, and notifications
• Your hunt history and event participation records

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment records: if you made purchases, transaction records held by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained as required by financial and tax law. They are no longer linked to an active PhotoFun account.
• Aggregate statistics: non-identifying totals (for example, how many times a hunt has been played) are not tied to you and are not affected.

Everything else is removed from our active systems immediately when the deletion completes.
